Our Family Plan is a monthly wash subscription for homes and families that have multiple vehicles who want to use the Express Wash regularly. Pay once a month and have all your cars wash unlimited - the primary vehicle at regular price and every additional vehicle is 50% off.

With our Family Plan, one monthly payment will cover all vehicles. The first car pays full price for the unlimited wash plan of their choice and each additional vehicle is 50% off the normal unlimited wash membership price.

     All washes include use of our self-serve vacuums. We require a card on file for billing and one payment covers all vehicles on the plan. Multiple cards cannot be used for each car on the family plan, and family members have to either have the same address on their Driver's License and/or have the same last name. Charges will occur every 30 days from the day of purchase. You can cancel at any time, just come in, in person or call to change or cancel your family plan.

    • How do I enroll in a family plan?

      You can add a vehicle to your plan directly within the Clementine's Carwash app! You can add up to 5 vehicles

    • How does it work?

      Once you have activated a plan, have all users download the Clementine's app to their respective phones. They will log in with the main account credentials. 


      Each driver will pull up to any Clementine's location, open the app and scan the QR code within the app at the paystation. Our system will read your QR code and send you on your way!

    • What if I want to cancel?

      Cancel at any time! Just cancel directly in the app under "manage pass" to add or remove vehicles

    • What if I want to change plans?

      Please reach out to us directly to change your plan, we'll get you taken care of of!

    • I got a new car, or want to remove/change a vehicle? What do I do?I got a new car, or want to remove/change a vehicle? What do I do?

      No problem! Just update your vehicle info directly in the app, under "manage pass"

    • Is this an automatic charge to my credit card?

      Yes! You will see a charge every 30 days from the day you purchase, unless you call/come in and cancel in person.

    • Do I need to renew my plan every month?

      Nope! We try to make your wash membership as easy as possible. We only need to hear from you if you want to change your wash plan, if you want to change your credit card, if you want to add another car to your unlimited wash plan, or if you want to cancel. 


      Otherwise, we hope to see you at the wash as much as possible and taking advantage of your unlimited washes. 

    • How am I billed?

      One monthly payment covers all the vehicles on your plan. The car will show up on file. We do require all vehciles to be charged on the same card and have to live at the same address and/or same last name.
